I wish we were open today, but we are not quite ready! We did pass our final inspection on Friday, but we were still missing a few important things like beer and produce, so Thursday is the day we will turn on the open sign!
What can you expect on Thursday?
Fresh salads with spinach from Suncrest Garden Farms, Cochrane, WI and tomatoes from Whitewater Gardens, Altura, MN.
Bread will be from Kiehl’s Bakery, Alma, WI and Great Harvest, Eau Claire, WI
Dinner hours on Friday will include steaks and hamburgers from Earth Be Glad Farms, Lewiston, MN.
Your dessert will be made with flour from Great River Milling, Fountain City, WI
We even have wine and beer that is from Wisconsin or has roots to Wisconsin!
I am still seeking out some cheeses and other items for this week’s menu!
